What sets me apart? Primarily, it's my mindset. In my experience, if an employee has all the skills and lacks motivation, initiative, excitement, dedication or loyalty, they quickly become tired of the process. These traits, among others, are what set me apart.

I view the relationship I have with my work and the people I work with as important as any other relationship. People are people, even if they're providing you with a paycheck. If I say a thing, I will do everything possible to follow through with that thing. If I make a mess, I'll clean it up. If I have a problem, I'll communicate. I'm not married to my work, but I will give it the same respect.
